Welcome to Tokyo Bay International Clinic Maihama
I am Ichiro Kaneko, M.D., Ph.D., Director of Tokyo Bay International Clinic Maihama, operated by Sukoyaka Medical Corporation.
After many years of practicing emergency medicine as a board-certified emergency physician and senior fellow at a university hospital, I established this clinic to provide high-quality medical care for both local residents and international visitors. Our clinic provides comprehensive care for a wide range of acute medical conditions, including fever, cough, abdominal pain, chest pain, headaches, injuries, skin disorders, allergies, pediatric illnesses, women’s health concerns, sexually transmitted infections, and travel-related medical problems.
Our highest priority is to identify potentially serious illnesses at an early stage through careful assessment and appropriate evaluation of disease severity. Whenever necessary, we arrange prompt referral to a suitable specialist or hospital to ensure that our patients receive the most appropriate care. We are committed to Patient-Centered Care, placing each patient at the center of every clinical decision. For our international patients, we also take into account language, cultural background, and travel plans to provide medical care that is safe, compassionate, and easy to understand.
